This tire features a bias ply (diagonal) construction. which may cause it to appear slightly deformed when not inflated. This is a normal characteristic of smaller bias-ply tires and not a sign of damage or defect.
Due to the tire's internal design and lack of reinforcement. the tire may fold or look misshapen when deflated or improperly inflated. Once the tire is mounted and inflated to the proper PSI. or in some cases when an inner tube is added. it will return to its intended shape.
