Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (including ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds
