Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer preference (including ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the inspection result.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
