Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to destinations outside the United States.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates for all orders shipped within the United States.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of US$20.00 or more.
- A flat shipping fee of US$8.00 applies to orders under US$20.00.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:
United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after the delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to review the situation and provide an appropriate solution when applicable.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
- If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
